Your name, Your name is Victory

all Praise, will rise to Christ, Our King

 . . . . . . . .

By your Spirit I will rise

from the ashes of defeat

the resurrected King is resurrecting me.

-Elevation Worship

Amen! This song. This truth. My word for 2020 is manifestation.  I had trouble landing on a word this year.  While praying about it, I created a list of potentials that "I' wanted, but never had a peace that any were right. God in his perfect timing revealed it to me a couple weeks into this new year. He's an on time God, even if my timing would have been sooner.

I am declaring "manifestation" of what God has spoken over my life, my health and my family along with Psalm 20 from the Bible. In the name of Jesus I will fly my banner in victory! The Lord is strong. He is strong in battle. By Him we are able to have victory!

I am believing that God will show up in my life and our family in ways that we weren't expecting. That we will see His presence and guiding hand so tangibly through this next year. That He would invade this valley.  I want to be so aware of His presence in my daily life. One of my prayers is that the Holy Spirit would help me become even more aware of His guidance in my daily life. I want to recognize God's voice the moment He speaks to my heart.  I am excited to see how this word gets weaved into 2020.

The words we speak and declare are so very powerful! God "spoke" this world into existence. Imagine what you can speak into your own life.  Grab hold of the promises God has for you today friend and declare victory over your life and whatever you may currently be facing.  Declare the victory before you see it. Look higher to THE truth and speak it out from His word.

Remember God is your refuge.  He brings you a promise to deliver it. Wage war on those prophetic words He has spoken to you. Sing it, say it, pray it and stand on them. If you don't know where to start, just speak Jesus over and over again.  He will lead you from there.

I don't know how God will use my word over this next year, but I know I can trust him and His faithfulness over every area of my life.  In the meantime, the song  above by Elevation Worship is one of many on daily repeat at our house! Yes - by your Spirit, Lord, I will rise from the ashes of defeat, the resurrected King is resurrecting me. Amen and AMEN.

Psalm 20

"May the Lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you. May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion. May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings. May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests. Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. They are brought to their knees and fall,, but we rise up and stand firm. Lord, give victory to the king! Answer us when we call!"

Nine years ago today, a line was drawn between before and after. Life changed completely for our family and the hard began in ways I never could have imagined.

Remedy was born from our personal journey to soothe and bring relief to our daughter’s severe eczema. What started as a simple way to care for her skin has grown into something deeply meaningful for our family.
