just a little hello from my heart

It’s been a long stretch of quiet here. I never expected to be away this long, but some seasons ask for stillness and that’s where I’ve been - pouring every bit of strength into healing and my little family.

For those newer, I’ve walked a long valley of chronic illness from Lyme disease, Babesia and mold illness, with other struggles along the way. When Lyme and co-infections reactivated last year, they hit my body in new layers this time and I’ve had to fight in ways that stretched me to my limits physically + emotionally.

Thankfully I’m seeing glimpses of healing once again - tiny shifts, slow days and a deeper dependence on Jesus. Even in the hard, God’s faithfulness has never changed. Not once. He continues to carry me with unending grace + mercy, just as He always has.

“My soul, wait quietly before God, for my hope is in Him.”

Psalm 62:5

Your kindness + love + prayers have carried our shop and family even in the quiet. It has meant more than I can ever say. I’ll share more as I’m able, but I simply wanted to say hello and let you know how thankful I am for each of you on this journey with me. Still keeping my eyes firmly fixed on the One who holds all of my tomorrows.

Nine years ago today, a line was drawn between before and after. Life changed completely for our family and the hard began in ways I never could have imagined.

Remedy was born from our personal journey to soothe and bring relief to our daughter’s severe eczema. What started as a simple way to care for her skin has grown into something deeply meaningful for our family.

"How beautiful are the feet of the man that came for me. How beautiful are the scars that tell me just how kind you are... My Jesus."
