Fun Facts About Me
Hello

Jumping on to tell you a little more about myself. One of these days I will write more about my journey these last few years, but right now those memories are a bit too fresh, so instead here are some random fun facts!
- I LOVE all things crunchy. This started years before I was sick when my son was born, but now it is the only way I can live and heal. I am passionate about health, natural living and all things oily.
- I live for the weekend! My goal is to get to Friday each week with as few doctor appointments as possible. I try to be outside as long as I can... until it gets too hot for my nervous system or a neighbor has a bonfire that sends me "running" in to avoid a huge mast cell reaction. And I say "running" but most days I barely know how to walk anymore. I am already dreading the frozen tundra season that is approaching way too fast!
- I am Mom to two precious kiddo's - Mason (11 years old) and Ella (8 years old). Married 14 years to Randy, my soul mate. We have a two year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Cooper, who thinks he is one of us. My little family is my world.
- Music is everything! It is hard-wired into my soul. All the time - especially worship music.
- I have a background in Psychology which along with my faith has helped to keep my head above water these past three years. Being housebound besides doctor visits is not easy!
- I love, love, LOVE coffee!!! Currently cannot drink it... but just the thought of it gets all those happy endorphins pumping!
- Jesus is everything to me. I honestly don't know if I would be here if it wasn't for the daily grace He continues to pour out over my life and my family. Trusting that He is working all things together for my good!
- Give me all the books - I could hardly read the first couple years of being sick, so now I am making up for lost time. I love to research health and learn all the things about healing. God must have turned something on in my brain and I am loving it!
- We have two raised garden beds in our backyard for veggies. Each year I keep trying to find places in our landscape to add more herbs! Even after four years we aren't entirely sure what we are doing, but the harvest is sure yummy!
- We found out this week that my right leg is shorter than my left leg and causing issues in my pelvis and spine. Here's to hoping a heal insert helps until my body decides to balance itself better!
Your turn! I'd love to know you better! Introduce yourself and tell me something about YOU in the comments. Prayer requests are always welcome. I feel honored anytime someone trusts me to pray for them! Thanks for following along! Grateful you are here!
